English
The focus text for this half term is "Voices in the Park".
We will be reading the book, talking about how it is different from other books we have looked at in class and then writing a narrative based on one of the four voices.
Within this unit we will be thinking about the use of capital letters, not only at the start of sentences, but also for "I" and for names. We will be learning to use and understand the terms "verb" and "noun" within this unit.
Following on from this we will then be writing our own instructions for how to be a good friend, and then writing an animal riddle inspired by the book.
