  • Volunteering

Kirby Primary Academy is keen to engage members of the community in many aspects of our work. We believe that volunteering is a two-way commitment, offering people the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills and to gain valuable work experience.  You could play a vital part in in the development and success of our projects.

Here are a few examples of the work that our volunteers currently undertake:

  • Reading support for our pupils;
  • School trips & sporting events;
  • Classroom support;
  • Parent Teacher Association;
  • After school clubs.

We would love you to be involved in the life of Kirby Primary Academy, and even if you have a only a few hours a week to spare there's still a wealth of things in which you can become involved.

Why not come and join us, and learn what a great sense of purpose and achievement can be derived from volunteering.

Below you will find a link for our volunteer pack which we will be happy to receive from you, but if you would like more information please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kirby Primary Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people/vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment, volunteers will therefore subject to an enhanced DBS Check.
